ROOT ACTIVATION
Oct 6-10, Blue Lotus EcoLodge, Aswan
We begin our journey with a four night retreat at the Blue Lotus EcoLodge on Heissa Island in Aswan, where our friends lead local efforts in regenerating Blue Lotus back into the river Nile, its ancient natural habitat. We open on the Full Moon with a blue lotus sound ceremony, welcoming us to release stagnant energy and shed our old selves, recalibrating to the powerful land where Atlantis once stood.
From here we have rituals, yoga, cacao ecstatic dance, a water rebirth ceremony, activations at the Isis Gates, and a visit to Philae Temple – awakening our root chakras and connecting to our remembrance of the times of the Great Mother.
Heissa Island, nestled in the Nile near Philae Temple, lies at the heart of ancient Nubia – the southern gateway to Kemet and a cradle of African spiritual wisdom. This sacred land carries the living memory of indigenous Nubian traditions, where earth-based rituals, ancestral reverence, and the mysteries of the Divine Feminine have been preserved for millennia.
As the birthplace of many of Egypt’s spiritual foundations, Nubia pulses with grounding Root and Womb energy, offering a deep reconnection to origin, intuition, and the timeless waters of the Nile. During our time here, we will learn about this rich indigenous history directly from Nubian wisdom keepers, and learn about ongoing projects and preservation of this sacred culture and land.
SACRAL & SOLAR CHAKRA ACTIVATION
Oct 10-14, Private Nile Cruise through Luxor
From here, we board our luxury, lotus-themed private Dahabiya boat to cruise up the sacred Nile River for four days. As we attune to the flowing rhythm of the Mother Nile and the healing element of water, we journey up to the heart through the energetic gateways of the sacral and solar plexus chakras in the landscape of ancient Egypt.
We first arrive at Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek and Horus the Elder – a site reflecting duality, emotional balance, and sensual healing – where we connect to the sacral chakra, honoring the waters of creation, pleasure, and inner flow. Continuing upriver, we visit Edfu Temple, the best-preserved temple in Egypt, devoted to Horus, son of ISIS. This solar temple aligns with the solar plexus chakra, activating personal power, will, and clarity of purpose.
Onward to Karnak Temple, we receive a potent Sekhmet activation, awakening the inner fire of transformation. That evening, we experience the mystery of Luxor Temple under the stars. The next morning, we complete our boat journey with asunrise hot air balloon ride over Luxor, followed by visits to the Valley of the Pharaohs and the majestic Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a tribute to divine leadership and timeless strength. Along the way, we will gather for movement and dance, a blue lotus music jam on the boat, and space for teachings and integration. ✧
HEART & THROAT CHAKRA ACTIVATION
Oct 14-16, Dendera and Abydos
Our journey continues with a powerful day at Dendera Temple, one of Egypt’s most vibrationally intact sacred sites, dedicated to the goddess Hathor – keeper of beauty, joy, music, and divine love. Here, within the womb-like chambers of this celestial temple, we connect to the heart chakra and the higher heart, receiving deep nourishment through vocal activations and vibrational attunements inspired by the Hathoric frequencies. Guided by the blue lotus and through sound, intention, and presence, we open our hearts to unconditional love, creative expression, and the remembrance of our cosmic origins.
The following day, we travel to the sacred site of Abydos, one of the oldest and most revered pilgrimage destinations in ancient Kemet. We visit the Temple of Seti I, whose exquisite multidimensional architecture holds the blueprint of divine order, and descend into the Osirion, a deeply mystical chamber aligned with Osiris’s resurrection and the Osirian mysteries. These temples align with the throat chakra and the higher heart, inviting us to speak and live our soul’s truth, remember our divine contracts, and anchor higher frequencies into embodied form.
THIRD EYE & CROWN CHAKRA ACTIVATION
Oct 16-18, Cairo, Sphinx & Pyramids
We fly to Cairo for two nights, beginning with a visit to the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), housing the most comprehensive collection of ancient Egyptian treasures ever assembled. This powerful space offers a deeper connection to the legacy, symbolism, and sacred technology of Kemet, preparing us for the inner and outer journey ahead.
.Afterwards we enjoy a beautiful dinner and tea ceremony in the lush courtyard of the historic Mena House Hotel, offering stunning views of the Great Pyramids. The following day we explore the majestic Giza Plateau -home to the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx, also known as the embodiment of the goddess Tefnut. Here, we activate the upper chakras – from third eye to crown – as we journey deep into the King’s Chamber, a timeless portal of ascension and initiation. ✧
